Paul has over 30 years of property and financial services experience. He established Leaf Capital in 2004, together with Jacqui Hathorn. Paul completed his articles and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and Touche in 1986.
He subsequently held various roles in NBS Bank and BoE (subsequently Nedbank Ltd) which included financial and strategy director, head of treasury, director of property and asset finance, and head of wealth management.
During his years in the banking sector his roles included running the bank’s private equity division, co-ordinating mergers and acquisitions of both bank and third party deals, establishment of BEE companies and funding of a wide range of projects. Paul has also served on the boards of a number of listed companies.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree with Honours in Finance from the University of Cape Town and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003.
He is a CFA Charterholder which he obtained in 2008. He has nearly 20 years of working experience in the financial services industry with significant experience in investment banking, corporate finance and fund management obtained in New York, London, Johannesburg and Cape Town. His roles have included Chief Financial Officer of Ora Fund Managers and other senior positions.
Mr. Jones joined Apollo in 2010 and is a Partner in the European Principal Finance team. Prior to joining Apollo, he was a member of Citigroup’s real estate private equity team where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and financing transactions for a number of European opportunistic and core plus funds.
Mr. Jones started his career at Curzon Global Partners / AEW Europe. He holds an M.A. (1st Class) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
Mr. Cappelletti joined Apollo in 2019 and is a Managing Director in the European Principal Finance team. Prior to joining Apollo in 2019, he spent eleven years in the Oaktree European Corporate Private Equity group in London, most recently as a Managing Director.
Prior experience includes three years in the Real Estate & Lodging and Italian Coverage Groups at Merrill Lynch International in London and Milan, most recently as an associate and an internship at Arner Corporate Finance.
Mr. Cappelletti received a degree in business administration and finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Ms. Craddock joined Lapithus in 2013 where she was the head of real estate asset management across sectors including office, retail, residential and logistics. Since January 2020, she has transitioned to AECP as the head of Strategic Asset Management responsible for all pan-European asset management initiatives.
Before joining Lapithus, she held asset and investment management positions at Arax Properties, Apollo Global Real Estate, iStar Financial Europe and Archon Group with various positions in the US, Japan, and Germany.
Ms. Craddock holds a BBA in Finance and International Business from Baylor University.

Shaun has significant experience in the property sector and has established networks and relationships in South Africa and the UK. He was previously Head of Silver Leaf Property Fund, an income-focused property fund which he grew to gross property assets of R650m.
Before this, Shaun was with Old Mutual Property Investments for six years. He was responsible for investment sales and acquisitions of the various funds across the regions and portfolios.
Shaun has expertise in fund management, property financing, development, leasing, valuations, strategy and research.

Tim completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration at Victoria University of Wellington, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
He has experience in domestic, indirect and international tax at PwC New Zealand, and completed a one year fund accounting contract with a Vancouver investment firm before joining Atlantic Leaf.
Tim manages our tax and risk functions and is part of the broader finance team.
Caroline is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
She has 9 years of international audit and management experience with BDO in Guernsey, London and New Zealand. Her experience at BDO included two years in the Real Estate and Construction team in the London office.
Caroline is a member of the finance team and manages the group’s financial reporting.
