We invest in long-term, quality real estate assets in the United Kingdom. Our focus is on investment properties in the industrial and logistics warehouse sectors, specifically those with sound property fundamentals and stable contracted income. We also remain opportunistic to other sectors if the underlying fundamentals are sound.
The company is led by a team of individuals with significant experience and successful track records in real estate and fund management.
Atlantic Leaf’s primary investment focus is on industrial and logistics assets with strong value fundamentals. Our properties typically have long-term leases and established occupiers.
The majority of our portfolio is comprised of larger “core” assets clustered in the UK’s logistical hubs, while smaller assets in strategic locations provide geographic diversification. This balance provides Atlantic Leaf with exposure across the logistics sector value chain.
